How is Covid-19 affecting your business?

The unfolding situation of Covid-19 has forced the creative industry to shut down as nearly two million people have contracted the virus worldwide.

There is an urge to understand what can be done to minimise the impact on businesses from small and medium enterprises to individuals whose livelihood depend on the creative industries.

“We’re all learning all the time and adjusting our strategy, based on the latest available evidence. We can only say what we know, and we can only act on what we know.” Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesyus – Director General of World Health Organisation (WHO).

If you are running a creative business or working in the industry, which is affected by the current restrictions, what initiatives have you taken to safeguard yourself, your employees and your businesses? What support do you recommend for future recovery?

The Policy & Evidence Centre (PEC), led by NESTA, has put together a list of surveys and initiatives, which aim to collect data on impacts of the virus in the creative industry.

We encourage you to take part in this call, as your accurate information is key to the implementation of future policies to provide support for businesses and individuals.
