Survey: The Future of Digital Experiences

Due to Covid-19, advances in digital technology, and climate change, a marked shift in consumer demand has opened the door to a wider evolving fashion and textiles experience economy.

Two surveys have been created to help understand digitally produced experiences organised by cultural institutions, alongside what you may like to see and experience in the future.

Each survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete.

Your contribution will be helpful regardless of whether you have or have not previously engaged with digital experiences.

Completing these surveys will help shape future experiences and inform funding support, related skills development, and future policy.

The surveys are part of BFTT’s Challenge 4 – Reimagining the consumer and retail experience, in partnership with the Victoria & Albert Museum.
