Job Opportunities: 5x SME Project Leads

The Business of Fashion, Textiles & Technology (BFTT) Partnership is recruiting for five post-doctoral researchers (or industry equivalent experience) to lead on the following projects within the SME R&D Support Programme.

The SME project with Dash & Miller aims to deliver R&D around digital textiles to aid design and communication throughout the supply chain. Apply here.

The SME project with Grady & Robinson aims to deliver R&D around leather finishing treatments that are natural, bioregional, sustainable, and biodegradable. Apply here.

The SME project with Iinouiio aims to deliver a scalable R&D service delivering high-quality yarns and cloths from recycled pre and post-consumer fibres, yarns and fabrics. Apply here.

The SME project with Keracol aims to develop and commercially validate an innovative process for dyeing wool yarn using Keracol natural colorants. Apply here.

The SME project with Project Plan B aims to deliver R&D around proving which major types of polyester are the easiest to collect, recycle and process in a circular methodology, utilising Life Cycle Assessments. Apply here.
