Future Fashion Factory – Funding Call

Our fellow Creative Cluster Future Fashion Factory is open for Expressions of Interest (EOI) for their fourth round of Innovation Funding. 

Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) of all sizes and specialisms have the opportunity to apply for collaborative research and development (R&D) projects, bringing together researchers and industry partners to address challenges facing the UK fashion and textile industry. Across the three previous funding calls, Future Fashion Factory has secured a total investment of more than £2 million in R&D for the sector. 

You will need to ensure that your project meets the gateway criteria for all projects, which is;

• Innovative
• Significant and meaningful input from a partner based in Yorkshire & The Humber
• Support from a researcher at the University of Leeds, University of Huddersfield, or the Royal College of Art
• Clear alignment with one of their Core Research Themes
• An element of match-funding (which can include staff time, travel and other in-kind matches)
