Elvis & Kresse featured in V&A exhibition ‘Bags: Inside Out’
One of Elvis & Kresse’s creations now features in the Victoria and Albert Museum’s Bags: Inside Out exhibition.
Elvis & Kresse is a sustainable and ethical brand that rescues raw waste material and transform them into luxury fashion accessories.
For over a decade Elvis & Kresse has used damaged decommissioned fire hoses and transform them into bags, wallets, belts, travel accessories and donated 50% of its profits to charity.
Elvis & Kresse is a certified B Corp company and one of the first 10 SME projects funded by the Business of Fashion, Textiles and Technology Programme, of which the V&A is a research partner.
“Take a look inside our spectacular Bags: Inside Out exhibition. From being worn inside clothing to conceal valuables, to being an overt identifier of status and profession; and from serving as a vessel for making a political statement, to becoming a covetable and iconic showpiece – discover how this everyday item has evolved over time.” Victoria and Albert Museum, London
The exhibition is on at the V&A Museum until 12 September 2021.
